The Alpine Club, the world’s first mountaineering club, was founded in 1857. For over 150 years, members have been at the leading edge of worldwide mountaineering development and exploration.

After an impromptu meet in 2024, the Aspirants Scottish Winter Meet is returning for 2025. Based at the Alex MacIntyre hut in North Ballachulish, this is a great opportunity for Aspirant Members to meet each other, forge new partnerships and climb some classic winter routes.
